Mindfulness - experiencing joy and resilience

Mindfulness brings clarity, concentration, and greater freedom of choice. Our mindfulness workshops have the following goals:

  • Maintain job satisfaction
  • Learning methods for everyday life
  • Promote serenity and creativity.

We consistently refer to the seven principles of mindfulness. The animals at the Lama Oasis effortlessly bring you into the present moment. Interacting with the animals facilitates access to your senses and allows you to connect your thoughts and feelings. Once you've arrived in the here and now, you'll be prepared for everyday life (including work) and will take away simple strategies for sustainably maintaining freedom, creativity, and joy.


We offer these workshops as half-day, full-day, and also for teams.
