I am often asked how my two worlds fit together. The two worlds are:

1. Working in a medium-sized company as a manager
2. Living and working on our farm.

For me, that fits together very well.

Working in an office enriches me, and I experience how teams function and what people need to collaborate effectively. Supporting change is becoming increasingly important in our fast-paced world.

Living and working with animals grounds me. It shows me what's truly important in life. Through the visits from different people, I realize how crucial it is to approach life with open eyes and an open heart.

For me, living with animals on a farm was a lifelong dream. I've had a wealth of experience in my life. I was the deputy mayor of Neuötting for many, many years, acted in a lot of theater, directed plays, and performed my own cabaret show, to name just a few things. In all these endeavors, you depend on the acceptance of others. You do a lot to please them.

Animals accept you as you are. They simply want to feel that you are serious about them and willing to take the lead. That makes me content and happy.

When I see that this satisfaction is also passed on to our visitors, then I know why I made this dream a reality. And I know how important it is to share this dream with others.
