In this workshop, we will show you your personal "stressors" and stress amplifiers and how you can transform them into positive ones. Together with the animals, we will sharpen your senses so that you can perceive yourself and your surroundings more consciously. Through simple exercises, we promote the interplay between mind and body, and you bring yourself back into balance. This will give you resilience, serenity, ease, and joy of life – giving you everything you need for a self-determined and healthy life.


We offer this workshop as a half-day or full-day workshop. We are happy to adapt it to the needs of your group.
