Sometimes all it takes is a step away from everyday life – and into nature. Nestled in the heart of the Holzland region, surrounded by meadows, forest, and our gentle animal companions, you'll find a place for true relaxation and mindful connection with yourself at the Lama Oasis.
Here you can expect tranquil yoga sessions, mindful breathing and body exercises, and moments of silence. In small groups or with individual guidance, you will immerse yourself in an atmosphere of lightness, gratitude, and presence.

Depending on the weather, the units will be outdoors, in the meadow area with our animals or in the warm indoor space.
Please bring comfortable clothing, a mat, and a drink if needed.
